Yibeijia Li is a London-based artist and architecture designer. She graduated from Central Saint Martins in 2022 with a master degree in Architecture. She has worked for design collective ASSEMBLE and as a tutor in BA Architecture at Central Saint Martins.  In her evolving creative practice, Yibeijia has collaborated with  Whitechapel Gallery, and Tokyo University of the Arts, and had sculptures exhibited at the Lethaby Gallery  London Craft Week  2024 and collaborated with ArtAngel and artis Hetai Petal in the recent exhibition Come As You Really Art

Li's artistic practice is marked by a rich interplay of object and space, drawing from her architectural background to infuse spatial dynamics into her sculptures. Her work is deeply influenced by both her cultural heritage in Southwest China, and her experiences of London’s urban tapestry. This duality is evident in her sculpture works, which often explore themes of memory, loss, and regeneration through the lens of both natural and built environments.
